Welcome to Pony Express Cleaners! Arizona’s largest green cleaners. We are here for all your dry cleaning and laundry needs. We specialize in residential, commercial and medical laundry. ALL CLEANING IS DONE ONSITE.
Our facility is newly remodeled with the latest green friendly cleaning equipment. We are an entirely “wet cleaning” facility, which is more environmentally friendly than traditional “dry cleaning” and safe for all types of textiles, including items with dry clean only labels. Pony Express Cleaners offers pick up and delivery service Monday through Saturday. Stop in and see us or call for a quote.

I brought my MANGO coat to clean. They worked fast, got it clean, no issues here, but.... when I put it on it appeared... to have shrunk in size. Lesson learnt. I own only a few "dry clean only" articles of clothing, but I definitely go out of my way to use Pony Express to get... those cleaned. Not only are they super friendly but fast and efficient.There's been plenty of times that I've needed a quick turnaround because I've been invited last minute as a wedding plus one, or surprisingly a funeral plus one. Don't knock going to a stranger's funeral as a friend of a loved one. Normally, there's snacks and people could use a good laugh. People die all the time, probably at twice the rates that people get married, that's just simple math. But every time I go, my clothes are neatly pressed and fresh.Cannot recommend Pony Express enough.read more

Expect to pay $19 for a light-weight, summer, short dress to be dry clean! Waked in and quoted this price, no drivers... coming to my house, or delivery service, just a basic dress that is above the knee. Yowzers! Go a few blocks away and receive a normal price… Literally Hayden and Indian Bend (Mega Cleaners) has normal ppl prices, $9.75. Double the price for an item is just plain price-gauging & insane to pull on locals!read more

After expressing concern about garments not being ready on time, Pony Express informed us, after 4 years of loyalty,... that they no longer need our business and abruptly stopped servicing us.... Over the past 10-15 years, I have used this service sporadically. Up until a few years ago, I always had a great... experience with them; the prices were average and the service was always great (and friendly). Fast forward to the past 6 months; I had used them about every week to two weeks for my cleaning. TI would typically bring in around 7-10 shirts (a mix of polos and button down Tommy Bahama style). Four separate occasions I was told my clothes would be ready in 2 days, only to arrive at the cleaners and be told that the clothes weren't ready (on 2 separate occasions, I was told that it was due to all of the hotel/resort laundry they had to clean). To add insult to injury, the last time I had my shirts cleaned (there were nine, as mentioned above), the bill was over $60! For a handful of polos and club shirts?!? Terrible service and worse prices. So disappointing, as I remember this cleaner being so much better than they are now.read more

They ruined my dress, it was in perfect condition when I brought it in, just wrinkly and could use a freshen up from AZ... heat. Came back with discoloration and a tear at the seam. On top of that, the ladies working there are rude and uninterested. PLEASE, don't make the mistake I did and take any quality items to this place.read more

I've been coming for two years and I've never had a problem until recently because they have been stamping holes on my... shirts, if they're going to do this every time I get my t shirts dry cleaned then I might just have to stop giving them business, I don't want a new hole in my tags or the back of my shirt everytime I get them dry cleanedread more
